Relive the plantation era of old Hawaii in private cottages set amidst a 27- acre coconut grove. Originally built in the early 1900's, each vintage cottage has been historically restored and updated while maintaining the ambiance and charming simplicity representative of the era of the original plantation home. Enjoy all the amenities like relaxing by the beachside pool, strolling along the black sand beaches, or roaming the expansive grounds of beautifully planted tropical fruit trees and exotic flowers. Other property amenities include meeting/banquet facilities, activity desk, tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, croquet lawn, horseshoes pit, recreation room, weekly maid service, laundry facilities, on-site parking, 24-hour security, and gift shop.

Christmas season: Reservations that include a stay between 12/23/05-1/01/06 cancelled more than seven days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25.
Reservations that include a stay between 12/23/05-1/1/06 cancelled seven days or less prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 plus the cost of two nights' stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.
Regular/Holiday season: Reservations for arrivals between 1/02/05-3/31/05, 6/10/05-8/22/05, and 11/19/05-11/26/05 cancelled more than three days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25.
